F-16 Fighter Weapon Instructor Training 2003
 

::: The airforces of Belgium, Norway, Denmark and The Netherlands have set up a program to train weapon instructors (pilots) for their squadrons. Each new instructor learns to master the various skill to use all kind of weapons and how to to transfer these skills to his fellow squadron members. The FWIT course is split in an air-to-air phase (at Leeuwarden) and an air-to-ground phase (at Orland, Norway).

::: This report covers the familiarization week of the first phase at Leeuwarden AB. Also there were a number of M3 modified F-16AM (MLU) aircraft tested at Leeuwarden.
