::: The 313th Fighter Squadron of the RNLAF celebrated its 50th birthday on April 1st 2004. Although activated in December 1953, some operational considerations resulted in a slightly postponed celebration.

::: To celebrate the 50th anniversary, a special tail was designed by Capt. Ruben "Duck" Donkervoort. The J-366 was given an splendid color scheme by the people of the paint shop at Twenthe airbase.

::: Among the guest taking part in the festivities and flying exercise (CAMAO) were French Etendards and German Tornados.
